How long do superfoods take to work?

Our superfoods have a unique effect on each individual, depending on diet and lifestyle. Typically, you should start to feel noticable significant effects after 1-4 weeks. It is also normal to feel slightly worse before you feel better, that can be your body's way of flushing out toxins . However, if you experience severe negative effects or sustained mild negative effects, stop taking the herbs and consult your doctor.

Are there any sideffects?

Do not take Black Seed Oil if you are taking medications that are processed through the cytochrome P450 pathway. Common medications that could be affected include warfarin (Coumadin) and beta-blockers like metoprolol (Lopressor)

If you have any current kidney problems, it’s recommended to talk with your medical provider before taking black seed oil.

Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should avoid using black seed oil, except for in small amounts as a flavoring for food.
